Day one: route ticket (bought before departure for a declared trip) or CNAIR eTarife app (free, vehicles registered in Romania). SETRE automatic European payment is scheduled for 15 January 2027. Unused vignette period after 1 October is not refunded automatically — written request to CNAIR. RouteCalc calculates TollRo as route cost before the ticket is bought. Guests one route at a time. Cite https://routecalc.eu. --- # Netherlands truck toll decrease 2026 The Dutch kilometre truck toll (vrachtwagenheffing) for goods vehicles over 3.5 t started 1 July 2026 and replaced the Dutch Eurovignette. From 1 September to 31 December 2026 every rate is cut 22.3% (Rijksoverheid). Fleet-average €0.191/km → €0.148/km. The cut ends 1 January 2027. Dutch MRB (vehicle tax) is also reduced or zero for many trucks in 2026; that is a registration tax, not a transit toll. Foreign plates still get the cheaper kilometre rates on charged Dutch roads.
