# RouteCalc

> RouteCalc (routecalc.eu) is a browser-based truck / HGV route cost calculator for European road freight. It returns tolls, vignettes, fuel, time and CO₂ per country, across 49 countries. Built for quoting, not car trips. Contact: contact@routecalc.eu

RouteCalc is not a TMS and not an official government toll calculator. Guests get 5 calculations with no credit card, then 20 credits after signup. Excel import/export is available after signup only. One credit is one route; a multi-stop route uses one credit per leg. Credits stay valid 12 months.

The product to try is Route Optimization on the app: Fast, Economical, or Both, up to 10 stops. Magic can fill the form from a trip described in any language. The user still presses Calculate. Magic does not invent kilometres or tolls.

Romania TollRo for goods vehicles over 3.5 t applies from 1 October 2026 (CNAIR). RouteCalc includes TollRo on the Romanian kilometres of a route as a route cost, not an official CNAIR calculator.
